Please be aware that some toy lines over a certain age (TMNT and Toxic Crusaders spring to mind, as two examples) are prone to a type of plastic degradation that can leave them with a slightly oily sticky residue covering them. It doesn’t mean they are dirty. I clean most of my figures but this residue can persist on some, despite being cleaned. Please study the images. Grade is Overall 80 from UKG, Sub grades are 80% Card, 85% Blister, 80% Figure. 1988 Playmates 10 Back Bebop. This has a really nice vibrant card, Graded 80% Sub Grade.
