This monitor is basically new. It has ben opened so that I could take all the good photos I could. Plus I plugged it in to my laptop and updated it to the latest Poly firmware so that you have a fantastic monitor as soon as you get it out of the box. I love the HD camera built in to the top of the monitor with a privacy filter if you feel paranoid when not using it for conferences. The camera in this monitor is the same spec as their Poly P5 webcam. The lighting down the left and right sides of the monitor are very nice for illuminating your face during calls but also when working in a room that might be a little dark and it just gives you that extra light while you type away on your keyboard. And you can adjust the light with a gentle swipe up and down of your hand on the sides – such a satisfying thing to be able to do! The speakers are positioned under the screen itself and the glow that illuminated around the speakers is a nice indicator for when muted (turn red) and when active (turn white). There is a touch button for Teams and Zoom which when pressed during a call that is being received answers the call and brings the window to the top of all other windows you might have open. 2 x USB-A port on the underside of the screen are nice for plugging in any peripherals such as an external USB keyboard or mouse or for charging your headset when not using it.
